 Any Money-Back Guarantee ("Guarantee") is subject to the following terms and conditions.

By enrolling in the Course, you ("Participant") agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Eligibility for Refund

    a. Refund Period: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase ("Refund Period"). Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

    b. Completion of Course Work: To qualify for a refund, the Participant must have completed at least 2 of the breathing exercises described in the course videos in the first module of the Course for at least 10 minutes daily, for at least 7 consecutive days. 

    c. Proof of Completion and Non-Effectiveness:

    i. Video Evidence: The Participant must provide video evidence demonstrating the completion of the exercises in the first module for at least 7 consecutive days, with additional notes.

    ii. Statement of Non-Effectiveness: The Participant must explain in writing how the Course did not help them achieve any of the intended benefits.

  2. Refund Request Procedure

    a. Submission: Refund requests, along with the required video evidence and written statement, must be submitted via email to [email protected] within the Refund Period.

    b. Review Process: The Instructor will review the submitted materials to verify compliance with these terms.

    c. Decision: The Instructor reserves the right to approve or deny the refund request based on the provided evidence.

    d. Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.

  3. Restrictions on Use of Course Materials

    a. No Unauthorized Use: Participants are strictly prohibited from using any part of the Course materials—including but not limited to text, images, videos, and exercises—for any purpose other than personal learning.

    b. Prohibition on Sharing and Distribution: Participants may not share, distribute, or post any Course materials on social media platforms or any other public or private forums.

    c. No Coaching or Teaching: Participants are not permitted to use the Course materials to coach, teach, or train others.

  4. Intellectual Property Rights

    a. Ownership: All Course materials are the exclusive property of the Instructor and are protected by international copyright laws.

    b. Legal Action: Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the Course materials may result in legal action.

  5. No Refunds After Refund Period

    a. Finality: After the 14-day Refund Period has elapsed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  6. The participant acknowledges that if they signed up for a payment plan they must pay for all the payments in that plan. Once all payments are made, they have life time access to all the content, as long as the course exists. Failure to pay any of the payments will result in loss of access to the course material and bonuses. 
  7. Payment Plans. The participant acknowledges that when they sign up for any payment plan offered by Aina Hilltout they are legally obligated to pay all the payments for the offer they accepted and signed up for.  They can not decide to opt out of paying the last payments at will. If the participant fails to pay any outstanding parts of the payment plan Aina Hilltout have the right to use the necessary means to ensure fulfilment of payment, including the services of a collection agency. 

  8. Amendments

    a. Right to Amend: The Instructor reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

    b. Effective Date of Amendments: Any amendments will become effective immediately upon posting to the Course website or notification to Participants.

  9. Governing Law

    a. Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom.

  10. Acceptance of Terms

    a. Agreement: By purchasing and participating in the Course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
