As an opera singer, I couldn't afford for pressure to dictate my performance. I had to train my body, mind, and voice to work together, even when every instinct was telling me to tighten, rush, or panic. 

For 18 years,  I've used that same performance system, combined with sports psychology, to help high-performing women deliver with the same consistency in boardrooms, media interviews, and on stage in front of big audiences, so they could walk out of the room feeling proud and excited about themselves.
